The hotel took shape for the first time under the name « L’Echiquier » (the chess board). It had then 68 rooms in total.

2008

An expansion of the hotel is realized to build 71 more rooms in order to welcome more guests and be able to truly answer their needs.

2018

A new activity is created in the 7Hotel&Fitness : a Coworking space on the rooftop!

The hotel becomes a Holiday Inn, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) franchisee.

2016

The hotel leaves the IHG group to become the 7Hotel&Fitness. Its design is based on the 7th art is underlined by a cinematographic and American décor.

2019

A great surprise awaits our guests. We built a spa inside our hotel with 320 square meters of relaxation.
